Swaggy Poodle partners with trusted suppliers through Syncee. Depending on the item, your order may ship from various fulfillment locations. Each product is shipped directly from the supplier to ensure fast and efficient delivery.

Shipping times vary by supplier and location, but most orders arrive within:
USA: 7–14 business days
International: 10–20 business days
Some items may arrive separately if your order contains products from multiple suppliers.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.

Yes—within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and include all tags.

Return shipping is paid by the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Swaggy Poodle is not responsible for lost packages.

All payments are securely handled through Squarespace Payments, which supports:
Credit/Debit Cards
Apple Pay (if enabled)
Other supported Squarespace payment methods
We do not store your card information.

Swaggy Poodle uses Syncee dropshipping suppliers, and some products ship from different locations.
Each item is sent out as soon as it’s ready, so packages may arrive at different times. -
We can modify or cancel your order only if it hasn’t been processed by the supplier yet.
