Welcome to Swaggy Poodle. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to the terms below. Please read them carefully.

1. Orders & Fulfillment

Swaggy Poodle products are dropshipped through Syncee suppliers.
Once your order is placed, fulfillment typically begins quickly — which means:

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once processing begins

  • Address changes may not be possible after submission

  • In rare cases, an item may become unavailable and your order may be refunded

Swaggy Poodle reserves the right to update product details, pricing, or availability at any time.

2. Product Information

We work to ensure accurate descriptions, photography, and sizing details. However:

  • Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings

  • Fabric patterns from suppliers may differ slightly by batch

  • Minor variations in details may occur due to supplier production processes

3. Pricing & Payment

All pricing is shown in USD unless stated otherwise.

Payment Processing

All payments are securely processed through Squarespace Payments, which may include:

  • Major credit cards

  • Apple Pay

  • Google Pay

  • Other digital payment methods supported by Squarespace

Security

  • Swaggy Poodle does not store or access your credit card information

  • All payment processing is handled over encrypted SSL connections by Squarespace and its integrated payment partners

Orders must be paid in full at checkout.

4. Returns & Refunds

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To qualify:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All packaging and tags must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Final Sale Items — No Returns:

  • Sale and discounted items

  • Personalized or custom products

  • Limited edition items marked “final sale”

  • Certain pet-related hygiene items (personal care, grooming, cleaning)

5. Return Authorization (Required)

All returns must have an approved Return Authorization (RA) number.

Include your:

  • Order number

  • Item(s) you wish to return

  • Reason for return

Returns sent without an RA number will not be accepted.
Your RA number is valid for 14 days, and returns must arrive within that period.

6. Refund Processing

After your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Squarespace

  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider

A partial refund may be granted if:

  • The item is not in original condition

  • The item arrives damaged (not our error)

  • Parts or packaging are missing

  • The return is received after the 14-day RA window

Shipping fees (original or return) are non-refundable.

Swaggy Poodle cannot be held responsible for returns lost during shipment. We strongly recommend tracked shipping.

7. Exchanges

Exchanges are granted only if an item arrives:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Because items are dropshipped through Syncee, exchanges depend on inventory availability.

8. Shipping Policy

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Your order may ship in multiple packages depending on the supplier.
Carrier delays, customs processing, or holiday slowdowns are outside our control.

Customs & Duties

International orders may incur:

  • VAT

  • Customs fees

  • Import duties

These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

9. Ownership of Goods

All items remain the property of Swaggy Poodle until full payment has been made and confirmed through Squarespace.

10. Limitation of Liability

Swaggy Poodle is not liable for:

  • Postal or carrier delays

  • Incorrect mailing address provided by customer

  • Lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • Allergic reactions

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Normal wear and tear

Our responsibility is limited to the cost of the purchased item(s).

11. Amendments

Swaggy Poodle may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in effect at the time of purchase applies to that order.
